  • Type: Data processing center, offices and warehouse

The basic structure of this high-tech plant is divided into 4 elements: data center, offices, high bay warehouse an packaging. All elements function as independent divisions seperated from each other. The large-volume ventilation shafts for the underground data center were constructed as a signature element in form of a large red disk. With this, the team succeeded in protecting the sensitive ventilation from violation high above the ground. Visually also prominent black triangular structures mark escape routes from the underground areas. The architectural concept as well as the the construction of the building feature the possibility to create additional office space if necessary. Photos: Kutschera Architects
